📍 Location: Brussels (hybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remote)

As a Tech Lead and IBM Cloud expert, you will contribute to a Center of Expertise focused on development excellence and DevOps transformation. Your role includes defining coding practices, coaching dev teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

• Define, document, and promote development guidelines and best practices
• Elaborate and validate technical design architectures
• Coach and support development tribes, review their outputs
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders (Architecture, Security, Infrastructure)
• Ensure on-time, enterprise-grade project delivery
• Contribute to IT4IT and internal tooling initiatives

• Minimum 10 years experience in software engineering with Java & J2EE
• Strong expertise: IBM Cloud, dMZR, UML, DevOps practices
• Proven knowledge of infrastructure and secure SDLC pathways
• Cloud-native architecture experience (Spring Cloud is a plus)

• Mandatory: Personal Finance, Financial Sector knowledge
• Experience with banking or credit-related platforms is a big plus

• Leadership – mentoring, coaching, guiding developers
• Clear communicator – ability to work with both tech & business stakeholders
• Reliable, structured and autonomous
