- Ervaren in UX research, workshopfacilitatie en contentstrategie
- Expert in visueel ontwerp en design systems
- Uitgebreide kennis van Figma: component libraries, wireframes en design specifications
- Ervaring in UX/UI product design, van concept tot eindontwerp
- Sterk in UX design en grafisch vormgeven
- Bekwaam in het opzetten en uitrollen van design systems binnen grotere organisaties
- Kennis van corporate communicatie, marketingwebsites en institutionele merkcommunicatie
- Affiniteit met informatieve websites, corporate communicatie en applicaties, ook in niet-commerciële context
- Communicatief vaardig met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en toepassing van usability-standaarden en heuristieken
- Vaardig in het bewerken van foto’s (Adobe Photoshop of gelijkwaardig)

- Ontwerpen van digitale producten (web/applicaties) van concept tot pixelprecies design in Figma
- Opzetten, onderhouden en toepassen van design systems (component library + patroongids)
- Vertalen van inzichten naar wireframes en interactieve prototypes
- Opmaken van wireframes, prototypes en gedetailleerde Figma-specificaties
- Creëren van lay-outs, templates en presentaties
- Samenwerken met front-end developers (Angular of vergelijkbaar)
- Faciliteren van workshops met gebruikers en stakeholders
- Strategisch samenwerken met de communicatie-afdeling rond merkidentiteit en digitale designs
- Toepassen van digitale toegankelijkheid (o.m. WCAG 2.1)
- Effectief samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams met UX’ers, informatiearchitecten, developers en communicatiemedewerkers
- Prioriteiten stellen en gestructureerd werken aan meerdere projecten tegelijk
- Analyseren van complexe vraagstukken en vertalen naar werkbare ontwerpoplossingen
- Ontwerpen van responsive en adaptive interfaces voor verschillende devices en schermgroottes
