Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team in Tallinn, Estonia and help us grow our global team. In this role, you’ll connect brilliant people with opportunities where they can thrive, and support the growth of Pactum’s culture as we continue to expand across Estonia, Europe, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our People Team and hiring managers to drive hiring across all departments, with a focus on Product & Engineering roles.
• Own the full recruitment journey: craft job descriptions, source candidates, coordinate interviews, design assessments, and support finalisation of offers.
• Build strong pipelines by proactively sourcing and reaching out to top talent, while making creative use of job platforms.
• Collaborate with candidates and hiring managers across Europe, UK, and the US, adapting communication to different cultures and contexts.
• Design interview frameworks, assessments, and evaluation matrices to ensure fairness and quality at every stage.
• Be the voice of Pactum for candidates, ensure smooth communication, timely feedback, and a positive experience throughout.
• Leverage our ATS to keep hiring transparent, accurate, and data-driven.
• Partner with hiring managers to make confident and value-driven hiring decisions
• Contribute to employer branding efforts, from LinkedIn and Glassdoor presence to industry recognition and awards.
