Customer Service Representative Flat roofing Finland

We are now looking for a new Customer Service Representative for our Flat business in Finland!

The role as a Customer Service Representative is part of a dedicated customer service team of 3 people located at the office in Vantaa. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager Flat Nordic.

The tasks mainly consist of order management and ongoing customer contacts regarding additional sales, service and technical support to both existing and new customers.

Every week, the team handles more than 1000 calls and emails.

Your main tasks will be:

• Order management in SAP
• Quotation calculations
• Complaints management
• Service and response to enquiries

Here's what you bring to the table:

We believe you preferably have some experience from similar work in customer service, inside sales, order reception, technical support, logistics or similar. Having experience from building and larger construction companies, installation, or any kind of industrial environment is highly beneficial.

You are enjoying customer contacts and you have very good computer skills, being used to Google Suites or MS Office. Experience in the ERP-system SAP is a strong advantage.

You are service minded with a good ability to help the customers in guiding them to the best solution. You work orderly and structured, and you can quickly establish credibility and build strong working relationships. You work seamlessly with different teams within the organization.

You are resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity since we are on a big transformation journey.

We also believe you have/are:

• Experience in working in an international company, nationally with a multi-site organization.
• In addition to fluent Finnish, you are proficient in English. Swedish language skills are considered as a strong benefit.
