Software Quality Assurance Tester (EMEA)

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Software QA Testers to join a dynamic, fully remote testing environment. In this role, you will test popular online applications, ensuring that user interfaces respond correctly and that software functions seamlessly. You will perform structured testing tasks, track defects, and report findings using dedicated platforms, contributing to high-quality releases. This position offers flexible scheduling, short-term freelance engagement, and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with global-scale applications. Accountabilities

• Execute testing tasks using assigned devices and accounts, validating UI responses and overall application functionality
• Use the provided defect-tracking platform to report issues accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure testing requirements are clearly understood and met
• Follow step-by-step instructions and testing protocols to complete test runs on time
• Participate in weekly testing cycles, performing 1-2 hours of work per session
• Maintain thorough documentation of test results and communicate issues proactively
• Engage with training materials and resources to continually improve testing proficiency
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Must be physically located in France; VPN usage is not allowed
• Possess a bank account with one of the required banks (Crédit Mutuel, Banque Populaire) and be willing to perform small transactions for testing purposes
• Intermediate or higher English language skills
• Access to a compatible desktop (Windows 10+ or macOS 12+) and mobile device (Android 13+ or iOS 16+)
• Previous software testing experience is a plus, but newcomers are welcome; free training is provided
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet weekly testing deadlines
