Job Description
U.S. Bank Dublin is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Transformation Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on transforming and validating fund accounting data using industry-standard tools and platforms, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Job Description
U.S. Bank Dublin is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Transformation Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on transforming and validating fund accounting data using industry-standard tools and platforms, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data transformation workflows using Xceptor to automate fund accounting data ingestion and processing.
- Manage secure data transfers using MoveIT, ensuring compliance with internal and external data handling policies.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with Fund Accounting and Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, resolving issues proactively to minimize operational impact.
- Document processes, data flows, and transformation logic to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing existing workflows.
- Escalation of missing/delayed files with Prime Broker contacts.
- Proven experience in data transformation or data operations roles, preferably within financial services or fund accounting.
- Experience of fund accounting is beneficial
- Hands-on experience with Xceptor and MoveIT is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with fund accounting principles and custody operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with ETL tools, data governance, and process automation.
