Platform Operations Manager / VP – Dublin (Onsite)

Our client is a hugely successful global private equity firm. The firm manages multi-billion-dollar investments worldwide and is building a best-in-class internal platform to support risk, cash, data management, and reporting across its portfolio.

About the Role

We are exclusively partnered to appoint a Platform Operations Manager/Sr Manager/VP to join the Dublin team. This is a data-driven, cross-functional operations role focused on scaling and enhancing a global platform that underpins decision-making across the group.

You’ll work with colleagues across geographies and functions to ensure the platform integrates seamlessly with newly acquired businesses, standardises processes, and delivers accurate, actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global platform supporting risk, cash, data management, and reporting.
• Ensure scalability and integration as the firm grows through acquisition.
• Collaborate with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia to align on data standards and system processes.
• Drive innovation in data management, analytics, and automation (SQL, Python, BI tools, AI).
• Turn complex datasets into meaningful insights and forecasts to support commercial decisions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver enhancements.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years’ experience in data, platform operations, or financial services technology.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and data management.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven ability to scale platforms, integrate systems, and deliver data-driven insights.
• Innovative, hands-on, and commercially aware.
• Skilled at working across geographies and managing external vendors.
