The Role

We are looking for a Digital Product Designer with at least 3 years of experience in digital product or consultancy environments. You will lead small design teams (2–5 people) while being hands-on in design delivery. You will combine user research, service design, and detailed interface design to create outstanding experiences, working closely with developers and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design projects, from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and co-creation workshops.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handover and implementation.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.
• Explore and apply AI-driven methods to enhance design processes and product experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or service design (consulting or digital product companies preferred).
• Experience leading small design teams (2–5 members).
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from research to final UI.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Miro, Mural.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Passion for exploring and applying AI in design and innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
