Commercial Project Manager

Position: Commercial Project Manager (M/F)

Location: La Plaine Saint Denis (Greater Paris)

Job Environment

Reporting to the Project Financial Manager, you will provide contractual support and oversee the financial aspects of our projects throughout the construction phase.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct contractual analysis and risk assessment for projects in collaboration with Project Managers, buyers, and legal professionals.
• Manage business follow-up with Project Managers, ensuring the accuracy and updating of financial information related to projects.
• Handle all contractual aspects of the project, assisting and challenging team members in the contractual management and monitoring of projects during the execution phase.
• Monitor action plans and coordinate corresponding project follow-ups (client and supplier/subcontractor) in conjunction with the legal and insurance departments.
• Act as a facilitator in resolving conflicts among different project partners (Client, Subcontractors, etc.).
• Analyze, study, and understand the project as a whole.

Required Qualifications

• Recognized for your interpersonal skills and understanding of the industry’s challenges, you demonstrate excellent analytical abilities.
• Your financial and/or legal background, combined with your experience, provides you with a comprehensive view of operational support or contradictions.
• Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in management control, business administration, or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management control and/or contract management, ideally in the energy sector.
