Project Manager / Technical Lead (Growth to Head of Tech)

We’re now hiring a Project Manager / Technical Lead who will initially combine project management and hands-on development, and within 6–12 months grow into the Head of Tech, building and leading the entire technical team.

• Personally build test and live AI assistants on our White Label platform
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard the right tools, contractors, and developers
• Oversee client assistant implementations: deadlines, quality, integrations
• Take full ownership of deployments — from concept to release
• Design development and implementation processes from scratch
• Assemble and lead a technical team as future Head of Tech

• Experience in Project/Product Management or Tech Lead roles
• Solid technical background in AI, chatbots, and system integrations
• Experience working with contractors and outsourcing teams
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion)
• Basic development skills: JavaScript/Python, architecture, APIs, webhooks
• Previous experience in startups
• Language skills: Latvian (required), English (professional), Russian (optional)

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Kommo CRM
• Familiarity with AI platforms (Rasa, Dialogflow, Botpress, LangChain)
• DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD)
• Understanding of GDPR and EU tech practices
