We are currently looking for candidates for the role:


Senior After Sales & Site Manager (Latvia)


Your tasks:


  • Organizing, coordinating, and supervising the work of the subordinate team in Latvia and Estonia
  • Developing and managing relationships with clients
  • Organizing and overseeing service operations in cooperation with the headquarters, service partners, and the workshop
  • Managing spare parts (logistics and sales)
  • Responsibility for administrative matters of the Latvian company and the Estonian branch
  • Conducting negotiations with clients in cooperation with Solaris Bus & Coach headquarters
  • Monitoring the market for business development opportunities
  • Cooperation with an external HR and accounting office


Our expectations:


  • Higher education (technical background is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Latvian, Russian, and English for effective communication
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a managerial position in a related industry (e.g., buses, trucks, construction machinery, etc.)
  • Experience working with the public sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic labor law regulations
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Willingness to travel for business (Latvia, Estonia, and to our headquarters in Poland)
