Part-Time E-Commerce Manager (Riga – Fixed Work Location)
We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our growing home décor brand. This is a part-time, in-person position in Riga, ideal for someone who enjoys a structured work environment and can commit to working from a dedicated, fixed workstation (not moving between locations).
- Manage and update our online shop — product uploads, pricing, inventory, and order tracking
- Write clear, professional, and engaging product titles and descriptions to drive sales
- Communicate with customers in excellent English, providing quick and helpful responses
- Monitor store performance (traffic, conversions, bestsellers) and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with design and production teams to keep listings accurate
- Research competitors and trends to help shape product strategy
- Must be located in Riga — this is an on-site role
- Able to work from a fixed workstation with reliable internet and computer setup
- Fluent English (written & spoken) — strong communication skills required
- Experience managing an online shop or marketplace (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Good understanding of SEO and keyword optimization
- Organized, detail-focused, and self-driven
- Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Familiarity with digital ads or marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes
- Part-time schedule (10–15 hours per week)
