As our Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the critical bridge between our business operations, product management, and IT development teams. You will translate high-level business requirements into detailed, technical documentation and clearly structured tasks for IT developers. Your role will ensure effective integration and optimization of our internal systems like Creatio CRM and its integration with core banking systems, internet bank, and mobile app.

What You Will Do:

• Translate broad, high-level business requirements into clear, detailed specifications. Split them into user stories or tasks for Jira.
• Collaborate closely with business and operational departments to clarify requirements, propose technical solutions, and validate them with stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business process diagrams, technical specifications, user stories, system interaction diagrams, and other essential project documentation.
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment across business units, stakeholders, and IT developers.
• Participate in business acceptance testing ensuring that key requirements are met.
• When necessary conduct data analysis and write SQL queries to gather data from various databases.
• When necessary assist in troubleshooting by reviewing system logs, related code blocks and identifying areas for improvement.
• Continuously seek optimization and improvement opportunities within our systems and processes.

What We Expect:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project manager, business analysis or senior systems analysis in Banking sector or financial services.
• Proven experience in preparing detailed technical documentation and structured task descriptions for developers (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of system integrations, including how APIs and SQL procedures facilitate communication and data flow between platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Proactive and highly organized, capable of independently managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Higher education degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Willingness to study Creatio CRM system on advanced level to obtain Business Analyst certification during second year of employment;
• Latvian (spoken and written).
