Business Development Associate

Humbility is an algorithmic cryptocurrency arbitrage trading firm specializing in DeFi and CeFi across multiple chains and exchanges. Founded only 4 years ago, we are scaling our operations rapidly. We are a market-neutral trading company that develops low-latency arbitrage trading bots in a very competitive environment.

Our highly motivated and skilled team of 50 software engineers and data analysts is passionate about solving mathematical and logical challenges. To win in a low-latency game at the microsecond level, we are constantly looking for new solutions and improving our trading logic and code performance.

We are hiring a Business Developer to strengthen our industry presence and create long-term partnerships in both CeFi and DeFi. Join us!

In this position, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with centralized exchanges;
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities in the DeFi ecosystem;
• Represent Humbility at international crypto and fintech conferences;
• Negotiate with service providers to secure favorable terms and new opportunities;
• Work in a very dynamic environment where being business savvy and spotting new opportunities is essential.

We expect you to have:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Previous experience in business development or partnerships in the crypto/fintech sector;
• A technical background or strong interest in blockchain/crypto technologies;
• Strong logical and critical thinking abilities;
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages;
• Availability to work on-site at our Technopolis Vilnius office.

• The salary range for this position is €3,500 – €8,000 gross per month.
