About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join a leading banking institution on a long-term engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and optimizing the organization’s data warehouse and frameworks, ensuring robust and scalable data solutions to support business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Build and enhance development frameworks for data integration and processing.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance and ensure the reliability of ETL processes and database operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with banking industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Datastage (ETL) and Oracle technologies.
• Solid experience building and maintaining data warehouses and developing frameworks.
• Familiarity with banking sector processes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in French (written and spoken).
