Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Transfer Agency:

• Act as a Business Analyst within the Transfer Agency (TA) team, driving functional analysis and solution design for key projects (replatforming, migrations, process optimization).
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements across TA processes (investor onboarding, AML/KYC, trailer fees, distributions, transfers, reporting, static data).
• Provide deep expertise on Multifonds TA (MFTA): parameterization, workflows, data model, and integration with upstream/downstream systems.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis to validate processes, reconcile discrepancies, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage and validate end-to-end TA processes, including trailer fees, reconciliations, KPIs, and client/investor reporting.
• Support release management: define test cases, execute UAT, perform sanity checks pre- and post-deployment, and ensure system changes are validated.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Produce and maintain documentation (business requirements, process flows, user guides, test cases, training materials).
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and training within the TA team and across business stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, proactively identify issues, and ensure compliance with operational controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Transfer Agency?

• 6–10 years of experience in Transfer Agency (TA) within the fund industry.
• Expert-level knowledge of Multifonds TA (MFTA), including setup, configuration, and business processes.
• Hands-on experience in trailer fees processing: calculation, reconciliation, reporting, and controls.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of TA operations and data flows across investor servicing, reporting, and distributions.
• Proficiency in SQL for analysis, reconciliation, and data validation.
• Experience in project management or project coordination, ideally within system migrations or replatforming initiatives.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, able to translate complex system changes into clear business procedures.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated banking/asset management environment.
