Who are we looking for?

1. Someone to own the tech side of the project - to develop an MVP starting from the current version, manage and update the website development (and a mobile app later on).
2. Previous VP, Engineering experience (ideally within fintech & blockchain projects).
3. Previously worked with Agile, KPIs, dashboards creation and tech budgets management.
4. Intercultural management skills (+ high EQ).
5. Personality: visionary and a high tolerance for the uncertainties that come with a START-UP.
6. Remote work management including freelancers (Upwork etc).

Technical skills:

Google Cloud, Java, Mongo DB, SQL, blockchain, …

Initial rough job description:

Develop an MVP

Test an MVP

Develop APIs

Write software and API documentation

Manage third-party services used in the application

Including:

Design and implement a software architecture

Select a technology stack

Design and configure infrastructure

Select a development toolkit (IDE, etc.)

Design and implement a database design

Improve and optimize the application architecture

Ensure scalability of the application

Ensure scalability of the infrastructure

Explore new technologies and decide whether to implement them
