As our Head of Product - Omnichannel, you will define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with Rituals' strategic objectives while translating customer needs into tangible product features. You will lead the development of omnichannel solutions that seamlessly integrate our retail and digital experiences, including Order Management Systems (OMS) & In-store logistics, Point of Sale (POS) & Checkout, Payment & Compliance, and Carrier & Delivery Management. This landscape is the backbone of all our commercial operations.
Leading a team of 6 FTEs, you will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize impactful initiatives that enhance both store and online interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and Maintain Product Vision: Articulate a clear product strategy and success metrics aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Help with the transition to a new Product Operating Model.
- Team Management: Lead a team of SMEs, Change/Adoption leaders, Payment & Promotion specialists.
- Prioritize and Align Initiatives: Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and configuration changes based on customer insights and business impact.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive product development, balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
- Roadmap and Strategy Management: Own and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adjusting as necessary.
- Impactful Solutions Delivery: Guide SMEs and development teams in creating integrated solutions for both retail and digital channels.
- Adoption and Implementation: Ensure new features are effectively integrated and adopted by stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to guide product decisions and prioritize development.
- Agile Mindset Promotion: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility within product teams.
- Proven experience as a product manager with a strong background in retail and omnichannel solutions.
- Expertise in integrating store and digital experiences, including OMS and POS systems.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
- Experience leading a team

While flexible working is available, this role requires a strong on-site presence to engage with stakeholders and build connections effectively. This role is based in Amsterdam at our Central Head Office. You’ll primarily work onsite, with occasional travel to local head offices across Europe.
