For a prestigious multinational company we are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Leader to oversee HR processes across multiple countries within EMEA.
This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality HR support that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations, strategic thinking, and people leadership, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR functions to ensure effective and scalable service delivery across countries
- Oversee HR operations across countries, ensuring efficient service delivery throughout the employee lifecycle, aligned with global standards and adapted to regional needs
- Lead implementation of corporate and regional projects
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Foster a culture of excellence and ongoing enhancement by applying best practices and innovative solutions to optimize HR processes and improve operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support HR initiatives and business needs
- Lead the team by setting clear goals, ensuring alignment, supporting development, and managing resources to meet organizational needs
Candidate Profile:
- Education: University degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7–10 years in HR roles, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within complex, multi-activity environments
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and service delivery
- Experience with labor law and employee relations across multiple countries
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and improve processes
