The role

We’re looking for a Senior Data & AI Consultant to lead and deliver data-driven transformation projects. This can pay up to €95000 + 13th month + excellent benefits. You’ll work closely with clients to design, scope, and implement innovative solutions that unlock business value through analytics and AI.

• Contribute to pre-sales and thought leadership by exploring emerging trends

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, AI, Information Management, or similar
• Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English
• 6+ years in consulting, with expertise in data, analytics, and AI
• Strong project management, business analysis, and facilitation skills
• Experience with frameworks like design thinking, agile, or ADKAR
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, or XAI (a plus)
