Agile Coach

At SEGULA Technologies, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, organizational transformation, and team coaching for a hybrid position in Lisboa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and promote Agile methodologies across teams and organizations.

- Mentor and train teams and leaders in Agile/Lean practices.

- Facilitate organizational transformation towards business agility.

Requirements:

- Solid expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scalable methods (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, etc.).

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Agile tools (preferably JIRA).

- At least 4 years of proven experience as an Agile Coach, supporting multiple teams simultaneously.

- Strong background in mentoring and training diverse teams.

- In-depth knowledge of Business Agility and Enterprise Coaching.

- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering Agile workshops and trainings.

- Experience in people/team management is a plus.

- Internationally recognized Agile/Lean certifications.

- Knowledge or professional background in Marketing is considered an advantage.
