We're looking for a Project Manager who will be a professional to oversee and coordinate the implementation and migration of Information Management (IM) platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Implementation & Migration Activities: Oversee and coordinate local implementation, alignment between systems and/or migration of Information Management (IM) platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups to drive project success.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with local functions, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and adoption of IM platforms.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and track departmental KPIs, maintain budget overviews, and create reports and presentations to ensure project transparency and accountability.
- Process & Data Management: Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor system effectiveness and compliance.
- Business Project Leadership: Drive business projects by ensuring the timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of project outcomes that contribute to regulatory digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Operational Transition & System Integration: Ensure that all necessary processes are in place for a seamless transition from project phase to operational mode, collaborating closely with key functional teams.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Ensure adherence to GMP regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, improve data quality, and optimize system efficiency to support long-term digital transformation goals.
- Delivery of High-Quality Project Outcomes: Ensure that all project deliverables meet business objectives, compliance standards, and strategic priorities, contributing to overall organizational success.
- University degree in any field or life science, Information Management or other relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in highly regulated businesses or Pharmaceutical.
- Strong IT and systems integration background, specifically experience with ERP, MES and related interfaces (SAP, Werum, Mepis, Lims, Trackwise systems). The position holder will act as a business owner and manage the interfaces with IT.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of local language not mandatory.

V Lendavi v proizvodnji bioloških učinkovin v podjetju Lek iščemo motivirano osebo, ki bo kot Vodja projektov − sistemi IM in S imela ključno vlogo pri vzpostavitvi, integraciji in izvajanju sistemov in platform za upravljanje informacij (npr. ERP, MES, MEPIS, LIMS) v okoljih, ki jih ureja GMP. Vloga vodje poslovnih projektov se osredotoča na zagotavljanje IT in digitalnih rešitev, ki izboljšujejo operativno učinkovitost, skladnost in celovitost podatkov.
Nadzira vse dejavnosti vodenja projektov, kar zagotavlja spoštovanje stroškov, kakovosti in pričakovanj glede časovnega okvira, hkrati pa tesno sodeluje z lokalnimi funkcijami in deležniki IT. Poleg tega vloga zagotavlja, da so izvajanja sistema usklajena z definiranimi poslovnimi procesi, ki podpirajo harmonizacijo globalnih standardov, optimizacijo procesov in izboljšave kakovosti podatkov.
Vaše Ključne Odgovornosti
- Nadziranje in usklajevanje lokalnega izvajanja, usklajevanja med sistemi in/ali migracije platform za upravljanje informacij (IM), kar zagotavlja usklajevanje s poslovnimi potrebami in regulativnimi zahtevami.
- Razvijanje podrobnih projektnih načrtov, spremljanje napredka in zagotovitev pravočasnih nadaljnjih ukrepov za uspeh projekta.
- Tesno sodelovanje z lokalnimi funkcijami, IT ekipami in medfunkcionalnimi deležniki za zagotovitev nemotene integracije in sprejemanje platform IM.
- Vzpostavitev in spremljanje KPI oddelkov, vzdrževanje proračunskih pregledov ter ustvarjanje poročil in predstavitev za zagotovitev preglednosti in odgovornosti projekta.
- Podpora ustvarjanju in vzdrževanju projektne dokumentacije, vključno s sledenjem ključnim kazalnikom uspešnosti (KPI) za spremljanje učinkovitosti in skladnosti sistema.
- Spodbujanje poslovnih projektov z zagotavljanjem pravočasne, učinkovite in visokokakovostne dostave projektnih rezultatov, ki prispevajo k regulativni digitalizaciji in pobudam za avtomatizacijo.
- Zagotovitev, da so vzpostavljeni vsi potrebni procesi za nemoten prehod iz faze projekta v način delovanja, pri čemer je tesno sodelovanje s ključnimi funkcionalnimi ekipami.
- Zagotovitev upoštevanja predpisov GMP, najboljših praks v panogi in notranjih politik v celotnem življenjskem ciklu projekta.
- Prepoznavanje priložnosti za izboljšanje poslovnih procesov, izboljšanje kakovosti podatkov in optimizacijo učinkovitosti sistema za podporo dolgoročnim ciljem digitalne transformacije.
- Zagotovitev, da vsi rezultati projekta izpolnjujejo poslovne cilje, standarde skladnosti in strateške prednostne naloge, kar prispeva k splošnemu uspehu organizacije.
- Univerzitetna stopnja izobrazbe življenjske znanosti, upravljanja informacij ali druge ustrezne smeri.
- Minimalno 5 let delovnih izkušenj v visoko reguliranih podjetjih ali farmacevtski dejavnosti.
- Močno ozadje iz IT področja in sistemske integracije, zlasti izkušnje z ERP, MES in sorodnimi vmesniki (sistemi SAP, Werum, Mepis, Lims, Trackwise).
- Tekočne znanje angleškega jezika.
- Znanje lokalnega, slovenskega jezika zaželeno, ni pa nujno.
