We are looking for a new team member for our success-driven Trademarks team.

Principal duties and responsibilities ...

• Processing of trademark recordals and maintenance tasks, in cooperation with the local trademark attorneys and Trademark offices worldwide.
• International communication with local attorneys and customers worldwide to ensure a timely instruction and execution of the tasks.
• Managing deadlines and being responsible for the timely completion of tasks.
• Regular Independent reporting to customers.
• Checking official documents for accuracy.
• Documentation of all relevant information in the internal database.
• Optimization of processes.
  
  
  

The perfect match ...

• You have excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken (level C1–C2).
• Interested in working with data and documents.
• Able to organize and manage deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Independent, diligent, and reliable.
• Communicative and able to work well in a team
• Desire for continuous learning and implementing improvements.
• Well-versed in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
