IOS Mobile Software Engineer (Barcelona - Hybrid)

As an experienced and solution-oriented IOS Software Engineer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: working with our product teams to provide timely, effective and performant solutions; contributing to the design of scalable data solutions, including the development of automated pipelines; implementing and/or maintaining database systems to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our application suite; understand and define business data requirements and identify data needs and data sources to create scalable data architecture and support enhancements, new product and implementation. You will be a leader coaching, mentoring, and training team members driving both employee and team development and growth.

Are You a Fit?

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• +4 years of experience with IOS Mobile development.
• Hands-on experience with Swift
• Solid professional experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Familiarity with GraphQL is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with data structures, system design, design patterns, API designs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gitlab CI/CD, Bitrise).
• A passion for news and creativity to introduce new ideas and technologies. If you have a background in journalism, even better.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Unit / Instrumental testing experience

This a position based in Barcelona in a hybrid mode (3 days per week at the office)
