Role Purpose

As a Product Designer, you will join ID Finance to solve problems with clear and user-friendly design. You’ll take charge of the whole design process — from coming up with ideas and agreeing them with the team to delivering the final product. Your goal will be to make complex things simple and easy to use. You’ll design for both web and mobile, and use design systems to keep things consistent.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and others to understand user needs and business goals
• Lead the full design process — from ideas and team discussions to final delivery
• Create user flows and design screens from rough sketches to final UI ready for development
• Work closely with developers to make sure designs are implemented correctly
• Help keep our design system consistent, easy to use, and up to date across platforms
• Focus on users, balancing their needs with business goals and design best practices
• Share ideas, give and receive feedback, and help the team improve every day

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience building and managing design processes from concept through delivery and ongoing support
• Experience working on large projects (20+people)
• A portfolio that shows strong UI skills and explains your design choices
• Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility basics
• Experience with Figma — components, design systems, libraries, and prototyping
• Knowledge of mobile platform requirements like app store rules, screen sizes, and font licenses

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, mainly for mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Advanced English; Spanish and/or Russian is a plus
• Experience in Fintech is a plus
