We’re seeking a Marketing Project Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across all channels. This person brings strategic experience across paid, organic, and everything in between. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at connecting brand vision with campaign execution, holding creative work to the highest standard, and ensuring every asset speaks in a clear, consistent voice.

You’ll lead cross-functional projects, direct content and creative asset strategy, and make sure every campaign, from ad creative to landing page to organic post, is aligned, high-quality, and effective.


Role Summary

The Marketing Project Manager is a key cross-functional leader responsible for managing the flow of campaigns and creative deliverables across content, video, design, events, email, and web development. They will implement and maintain clear systems in ClickUp to ensure task tracking, delivery dates, ownership, and status updates are always visible.

This role is also responsible for synthesizing project activity into dashboards and reports that provide leadership with insights into campaign progress, project lag, and team throughput. The Project Manager must be highly intuitive in meetings, able to pick up priorities quickly, and know how to move a project forward even in moments of ambiguity.


Responsibilities

Campaign and Project Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all marketing projects and campaign workstreams
  • Build and manage timelines, track progress, and manage dependencies using ClickUp
  • Run team standups, cross-functional syncs, and ensure proactive communication
  • Translate briefs, brainstorms, and strategic meetings into structured deliverables
  • Keep projects moving across creative, development, content, and video teams

Dashboarding and Executive Reporting

  • Build and maintain project dashboards that show stages of work (briefing, in progress, reviews, completed)
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates to the executive team with campaign health and team delivery metrics
  • Highlight lagging areas, recurring blockers, and improvements to team velocity
  • Partner with leadership to define KPIs and maintain a live view of campaign performance from an operational perspective

Process Optimization

  • Create and improve templates for campaign planning, intake forms, and SOPs
  • Identify inefficiencies in communication, resourcing, or handoffs and solve them with tools or playbooks
  • Act as the central resource for making sure systems stay organized, up-to-date, and understood by the team

Team Collaboration and Enablement

  • Work directly with leads in content, video, social, design, events, and paid media
  • Ensure workload is balanced and expectations are aligned
  • Help resolve prioritization conflicts and make sure campaign work fits into the overall roadmap

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of project or program management experience within an agency or in-house marketing team
  • Deep familiarity with ClickUp and experience managing creative or campaign workflows in similar systems
  • Understanding of how marketing campaigns are built, from briefing and ideation to creative, copy, development, launch, and reporting
  • Clear, confident, and proactive communicator who can work across creative and technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, campaign trackers, or productivity reports for leadership
  • High attention to detail and ability to bring order to fast-paced or ambiguous environments
  • A natural problem solver who thrives on organization, clarity, and process
