Role Description

We are looking for developers as co-owners for a start-up with more than great potential to become something really valuable with the right people in the team.

We are looking for several developer roles but with the same core requirements.

• 1 Lead developer - Very senior and used to manage very complex development projects
• 1-2 developers - Need to be eager to learn new things in a new business, focused either on full-stack development or either back-end or front-end(UI) development.

You need experience in complex developments and very large environments with high loads and throughput including payment solutions, marketplaces, social media, cloud ERP solutions, framework construction and object-oriented development. On top of this you need to have solid skills in advanced security and authorizations in web development.

It is also a big advantage if you have experience from app-development.

• Advanced PHP 8.x
• Advanced MySQL database design and construction
• Containerizing solutions
• Building for load-balancing environments
• Developing module-based solutions
• Integrations
• Testing of web solutions including penetration testing
• HTML 5 and above
• Bootstrap
• Advanced Javascript
• Advanced JQuery
• Advanced CSS
• User interface design and implementation
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous

To be able to fit into the team you need to be able to put time and effort into the project as we are working on a quite agresive timeline.

This is a start-up and we are looking for co-owners to be a part of the founding team which means that we are not interested in buying development services.
