Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Joe & the Juice, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer. On the inside, we're a bunch of talented, motivated and humble designers, engineers and music experts. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Designer (UX focus) for the Growth team at Soundtrack. They’re a key part of our growth efforts and responsible for designing user experiences that convert visitors into paying customers.
The team’s mission is to drive new paying customers by creating a seamless journey through soundtrack.io, our sign-up flow, and onboarding process. This role will complement our existing UI designer by bringing stronger UX expertise, ensuring we deeply understand our users’ needs and translate them into effective, inspiring product experiences.
In Practice, This Means
- Regularly creating flows, wireframes, prototypes and testing them with users and data.
- Working closely with developers, analysts, our PM and our UI designer to deliver impactful solutions.
- Using Figma and data-driven design methods to iterate quickly and continuously improve.
- Drive the design process from idea to implemented solution.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts in Figma.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and other designers to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Work data-driven: plan and evaluate experiments, analyze results, and iterate on solutions.
- Contribute to Soundtrack’s design community and help shape our shared design principles.
Just like us, you love music. You're driven and entrepreneurial, but you know how to be a team player too. Regardless of roles, we're always looking to work with people who can adapt to constant change, prioritise what's important, stay humble, open, curious and with a passion for details.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional experience as a product designer or UX designer.
- Strong UX skills with the ability to explore user needs, design flows, and prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with UI designers or taking designs from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Comfortable working in a data-driven and experiment-oriented environment.
- Strong self-leadership, initiative and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Experience working in SaaS, start-up or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with growth teams, B2B products or subscription models.
- Experience working closely with analysts and running A/B tests.
- You have the freedom to decide where you work the best with our Work From Anywhere program with a one-off setup bonus included
- Generous pension plan
- Yearly budget for health, wellness and personal development
- Laptop and mobile phone of your choice with included cellular subscription
- Regular social activities such as team events, meet ups, after works and off-sites
- Daily breakfast served at the office
