HiCareer is supporting a Swedish consulting company in hiring an AI & ML Engineer. The company provides technical consultants to innovative clients, and this role is a long-term assignment at a highly innovative workplace that is pushing boundaries with AI-driven products.

You’ll be part of a team working on applied machine learning — turning research and models into solutions used by millions of end-users. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge AI in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy ML models in production environments
• Work with NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems (depending on project scope)
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers on applied AI projects
• Optimise models for scalability, accuracy, and performance
• Stay up to date with the latest AI research and apply it in practical settings

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years in ML engineering or applied AI
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience deploying ML models in production (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity for new approaches
• Based in Skåne (or closeby); fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
