About The Role

As a Fullstack Developer in the Insight as a Product team, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain our data and insight products for end users.
  • Experiment and innovate, integrating insights seamlessly into user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to empower mobility users with actionable data.
  • Work with a modern tech stack across backend, frontend, and AI solutions.

Your work will directly impact millions of users in the Nordics, helping them make better-informed decisions in a changing mobility landscape.

Our Tech Stack

  • Backend: Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Frontend: React, Next.js, Typescript
  • AI/ML: Leveraging generative AI to create innovative user experiences

About You

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working as a developer with both backend and frontend technologies.
  • Strong skills in Kotlin or Java for backend services.
  • Experience in React and Typescript for frontend development.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, thriving in a diverse, distributed team.
  • Curiosity and openness to experiment with data and AI to solve real-world problems.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and GCP for scalable backend processes.
  • Interest in data-driven applications and modern cloud-based solutions.
  • Willingness to explore new tools and approaches in a fast-evolving industry.

Type of work

This role follows a hybrid work model. We expect team members to spend at least 2 days per week working from our Kraków-based office, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
