Onlayer is the leading provider of third-party risk management solutions. We partner with major banks and enterprises in Turkey and worldwide, delivering end-to-end Merchant Management and Third-Party Risk Management platforms.

• Work hand-in-hand with product managers to understand priorities, accurately scope projects, and contribute ideas to the design roadmap.
• Support user interviews and usability testing to uncover pain points and expectations, transforming insights into clear design opportunities.
• Research direct and indirect competitors to stay ahead of trends in the risk management, cybersecurity, payment, and fintech ecosystem.
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders across Onlayer to identify potential feature overlaps or conflicts and propose solutions.
• Translate research findings into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and simple, elegant UI flows for complex SaaS products 
• Help maintain and expand Onlayer’s design system, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.
• Gradually take ownership of end-to-end product flows as your skills and confidence develop.

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and responsive design.
• Proficiency with Balsamiq, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Excited to explore how complex fintech and risk-management products work and to design solutions for them.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and receiving feedback in English within a global, cross-functional team.
• 0–2 years of experience in product management, UI/UX design, or a substantial portfolio from internships, boot camps, or personal projects.
