About the job

For our MOTION division in Poznań (POLAND) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a Customer Project Manager for 6 months contract.

Main responsabilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects, relatively short-term (a few weeks to several months), but numerous (10+ in parallel), aimed at delivering B2B electro-mechanical systems tailor-made to customer needs from off-the-shelf standard products.
• Your top priority is to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, alongside adherence to cost target
• Manage dashboard of projects and use it as means of trusted communication internally, to protect milestones and highlight deviations
• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary team, including engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality, sales as well as potentially external partners, located in several locations in Europe and Asia
• Dynamically manage schedule & priorities within set of projects competing on resources
• Monitor performance and communicate upward and downward to allow for decision-making
• Own the customer project process & drive its continuous improvement, notably by setting up efficient tools, improving adherence to process, and promoting simplification & standardization
• Duration: 6 months contractor position

What we ask for

• Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly related to industrial / B2B products
• Very well-organized individual, with strong attention to details
• Customer-focused, hands-on attitude
• Very good interpersonal and leadership skills, in international contexts
• Fluent in English in writing and speaking
• Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes
