What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Customer Experience Data Analyst, Reporting by implementing: VBA, PBI.
- Process Automation: Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation and performance reporting
- Data Visualization: Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders
- Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD
- Evaluating cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior
- Using customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements
Experiences & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in go to market supply chain functions as data analyst or IT functions.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT)
- English language - minimum B2 level as a must
- Knowledge of Python and API as an advantage
- Analytical skills, solution & problem-solving mindset
- Communication & collaboration skills
- Understanding of processes and technology
- Understanding customers and their needs
