Job Overview:

We are seeking a Web3 Business Developer with a strong understanding of the real estate sector and tokenized assets. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi), as well as a passion for driving partnerships and scaling business operations in the blockchain space. This role will focus on identifying strategic opportunities, building key partnerships, and expanding our ecosystem of tokenized real estate products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the tokenized real estate market.
• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems, including potential investors, developers, and industry partners.
• Foster partnerships with real estate developers and asset managers to tokenize assets and bring them to the blockchain.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with the company's overall goals, including tokenomics, product development, and community engagement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and through direct outreach to generate leads and commercial opportunities.
• Analyze and evaluate market trends in Web3, tokenization, and real estate to identify new business opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or sales within Web3, DeFi, or blockchain-based projects.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and the processes involved in asset tokenization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Understanding of tokenomics, blockchain technology, and real estate investment structures.
