Press Ganey is seeking a motivated and people-oriented People Business Partner with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to support our teams in Norway. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. You will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring that our People programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with our overall business objectives.

You’ll work closely with managers and employees across the business, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. A strong understanding of Norwegian labor law is essential, and you’ll be part of a collaborative People team with access to mentorship and opportunities to develop your skills across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support & Coordination

  • Support the execution of core HR processes including onboarding, probation reviews, performance cycles, and offboarding.
  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR-related queries, escalating complex issues to the Senior Manager, People Team as needed.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and templates.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Lead the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and internal events.
  • Coordinate employee surveys and assist in analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging through local initiatives and communications.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration & Projects

  • Partner with the wider People Team on regional and global HR projects.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new tools and systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business needs and align HR support accordingly.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of Norwegian employment law and HR practices.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and rapport across all levels.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Professional approach to handling confidential information.
  • Curious and eager to learn; open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
