Front-End Developer
6 Month Contract (Plus Extensions)
Hybrid 2 days a week in office Toronto / Markham
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain front-end web apps using today’s top frameworks.
- Turn design mockups into real, interactive interfaces.
- Make sure layouts look great and work well on all devices.
- Work mainly with React to create smooth, reliable applications.
- Create reusable components and keep code quality high with automated tests.
What You Need
- Strong experience working with React.
- Solid skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ability to build responsive layouts that adapt to different screens.
- Comfort with Git workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of integrating apps with REST APIs.
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles and building products for modern browsers.
- A collaborative approach and experience working in Agile teams.
