Front-End Developer

6 Month Contract (Plus Extensions)

Hybrid 2 days a week in office Toronto / Markham

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain front-end web apps using today’s top frameworks.
• Turn design mockups into real, interactive interfaces.
• Make sure layouts look great and work well on all devices.
• Work mainly with React to create smooth, reliable applications.
• Create reusable components and keep code quality high with automated tests.

What You Need

• Strong experience working with React.
• Solid skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Ability to build responsive layouts that adapt to different screens.
• Comfort with Git workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of integrating apps with REST APIs.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and building products for modern browsers.
• A collaborative approach and experience working in Agile teams.
