Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Lead Technical Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the eCommerce Ads space. You’ll be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical projects, from inception to launch and beyond. Oversee design, development, integration, testing and ramp of key technical initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects, preferably within eCommerce or Ad Tech domains.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development processes and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in risk management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Certified or highly experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Comfortable working across different time zones and with globally distributed teams.
