Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, current & future process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, product backlogs, and user stories.
• Assist in developing test cases, QA validation, and user training documentation.
• Plan, execute, and track organizational change management for new application onboarding.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality.
• Liaise with government agencies, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Work with architects/developers to refine configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation (BRD, user stories, workflows, test cases).

• Experience with public sector clients or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (config, workflows, security, data mgmt.).
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, use case writing, and translating into tech specs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence (or similar tools).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, attention to detail.
• Team player with vendor collaboration experience.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, App Builder) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
• Industry certifications (PMI-ACP, CBAP) advantageous.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
