What Theom is looking for?
- Strong software development experience in languages such as Golang, Scala, Java, Python, or C#
- Strong data structures, algorithms and design patterns knowledge
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Data engineering problems at a production scale
- Using cloud, distributed data processing techniques
- Cloud computing platforms and distributed data computing (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, CFTs, Confluent/Kafka)
