Role Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving the recruiting process across departments while also ensuring HR compliance and smooth people operations. The right candidate will thrive at juggling multiple priorities — from crafting compelling job descriptions to keeping employee records in order — and will play a central role in shaping both our candidate and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with department heads to draft and refine job descriptions.
  • Post jobs and manage candidate pipelines across job boards.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring teams to ensure timely and professional candidate communication.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.

HR Compliance & Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EEO requirements, and company policies.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, and exit procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Provide support during audits or compliance reviews.

People Operations Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Help organize training, employee engagement, and cultural initiatives.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate setup and compliance.


Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law basics.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance detail orientation with efficiency in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $70,000-$80,000 plus bonus
