This is a full-time on-site role located in Qatar for a Subject Matter Expert in People Analytics and Strategy. The role involves analyzing and interpreting data related to workforce metrics, developing strategies based on insights, providing actionable recommendations to management, and supporting data-driven decision making. The Subject Matter Expert will work closely with HR departments to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention through analytics.

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Analytics
• Experience in Business Analytics and Data Analytics
• Knowledge of Statistics and their application in workforce metrics
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insights
• Experience in the HR or related field is a plus
