Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing digital campaigns (paid ads, social media, email)

• Analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports

• Refining audience targeting strategies and collaborating with creative teams

• Conducting continuous A/B testing to maximize ROI

• Taking ownership of projects from lead generation to client delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience

• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Adaptability and a proactive, positive attitude

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Must be based in Doha, Qatar
