We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join a FinTech project focused on building a platform for structured investment products. This role involves bridging business needs and technical delivery within a complex cloud-based microservices environment, supporting a wide product range and sophisticated trading features.
This is you
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial or FinTech domain;
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams;
- Experience with product documentation and reporting tools like SharePoint;
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities;
- English – Upper-intermediate level and higher.
- Prior experience working with trading platforms or investment banking products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to structured products distribution and trading;
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams;
- Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios for new features on the platform;
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings as part of the Agile development process;
- Monitor product usage and assist in defining enhancements to improve usability, transparency, and performance.
