Security Project Manager

Your influential mission. You will...

Lead end-to-end initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of security projects (Cloud & System Security)
Collaborate with internal teams (Security, IT, Product teams, Infrastructure ) and external vendors to ensure timely and secure project delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Support security assessments, audits, and due diligence processes.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and security practices.

Qualifications

Have 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of security principles, technologies, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
Possess proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.
Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Are proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
Have Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.

SECURITY TEAM

Our Security Unit is a diverse and fast-paced department of approximately 70 professionals located across several European countries. We are responsible for protecting over 30 production and non-production sites, ensuring the security and resilience of our company’s infrastructure.

Within this unit, the Security PMO Team—a focused group of three—plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of security-related projects. We ensure alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, we help shape and execute initiatives that strengthen our security posture.
