Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Kubernetes security features including Admission Controllers, RBAC, Pod Security Standards, Network Policies, and Secret management.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitOps with ArgoCD.
  • Automate deployments and monitor workloads in Kubernetes using Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement image scanning and compliance controls.
  • Collaborate with developers and SREs to maintain secure and reliable cloud-native systems on AWS.
  • Write and maintain scripts in Python and Shell to support automation and operational tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices including CIS benchmarks for Kubernetes.

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and related security features (e.g., Admission Controllers, PSPs, Network Policies).
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience with ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery.
  • Expertise in Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.
  • Experience with container security tools (e.g., image scanning, policy enforcement).
