Role Summary
Our client, a leading learning technology company, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to play a central role in the development of their new AI-powered skills intelligence platform. This solution analyses real workplace interactions to measure and accelerate soft-skill growth, giving organisations meaningful insight into real behaviour change. The successful candidate will work across the stack, architecting new features, integrating LLMs into production, and helping shape the direction of a greenfield product within a fast-moving, high-autonomy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale full-stack systems using React, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS
- Collaborate with product teams to architect new features, from transcript analysis through to smart dashboards
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments
- Experiment, prototype, and ship features quickly in a greenfield setting
- Take ownership of core platform areas, supporting its growth and enterprise adoption
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing full-stack applications with React, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and relational databases
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar technical background
- Experience working in start-up, greenfield, or high-autonomy environments
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver production-ready code
Desirable
- Experience delivering LLM-based features into production
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure ownership
- Interest in edtech, AI, or skills measurement
