Our Project Management Team is responsible for supporting different stakeholders to guarantee success in our projects, governance, routine, deployment and to support our local structure.
The team leads projects in Business Development and other areas (Finance, Logistics, Operations), structuring problems, running qualitative & quantitative analyses and presenting them and proposing solutions to Senior Leadership.
The team is experienced and it is expected to work with a high level of autonomy and understands business to prioritize accordingly.
Job Description
- Problem structuring & analyses;
- Framing complex problems in a structured way;
- Breakdown problems in hypothesis and analyses;
- Conduct analyses (quantitative and qualitative), getting to the 2nd order insights and the so-what;
- Recommend actions based on analysis results and follow up on results;
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects from initiation to completion;
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational and business goals and objectives;
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies;
- Develop and deliver clear and concise project status reports to key stakeholders;
- Facilitate regular project review meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and solicit feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree with Business areas related (Management, Finances, Economics, etc) or Engineering;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
