Job Description

As a Project Manager – Returns, you will support the planning and execution of key initiatives within the returns function. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Details

  • Coordinate and manage returns-related projects across multiple teams and regions
  • Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing return rates
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service levels are met
  • Assist in analysing returns data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support the Returns Transformation Project through planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Work with Finance, Global Trade, Buying & Merchandising, Warehousing, IT, and Customer Care to ensure alignment
  • Contribute to the development of operational processes and documentation
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal teams


Qualifications

About You

  • Experience in project management within e-commerce or retail environments
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with returns processes and customer experience considerations
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
