The Company

An award-winning Australian startup tackling the global food security crisis by redefining how schools grow, learn, and eat. We’ve created a new category: AI-connected, experiential classrooms that combine modular greenhouses with interactive learning tools.

Our full-stack solution addresses three urgent problems: hungry, disengaged students; overwhelmed teachers; and rising food insecurity. By embedding hands-on food growing with AI-powered education, we save teachers hours each week, boost attendance by up to 60%, and empower children to thrive.

The Opportunity

As Founding CPTO, you’ll take the lead in designing, building, and delivering our integrated digital ecosystem, spanning CRM, AI tools, data dashboards, teacher interfaces, and greenhouse sensor tech.

This is a hands-on product and technology leadership role. You’ll work closely with the CEO and global partners to execute a multi-phase tech roadmap. You’ll drive vendor management, technical architecture, platform optimisation, and internal capability-building — always with teachers, students, and communities at the centre.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to build a category-defining product that fuses AgTech, EdTech, and AI — delivering measurable, real-world impact to schools.
