The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our agile R&D team and help shape the future of our products. In this role, you’ll work across the stack — from designing intuitive, high-performance frontends in Angular to building scalable, secure backend services in .NET Core with PostgreSQL on AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular (frontend) and .NET (backend).
- Collaborate with Product Team to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Mentoring junior members of the team
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
- Optimise application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years' experience in fullstack development with Angular (or similar) and .NET.
- Experience developing responsive applications targeting tablet and phone devices
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET 8, and Entity Framework.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Success Measures
- Roadmap delivery – design, development and delivery of key roadmap items
- Knowledge Sharing - Regularly contribute to code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions, helping upskill team members.
- Sprint Participation - Active and constructive contributions during sprint planning, retrospectives, and architecture discussions.
- Test Coverage - Maintain or improve automated test coverage for frontend and backend code
- Documentation - Produce clear, up-to-date technical documentation that enables smooth onboarding and maintenance.
- User Experience - Deliver features that meet or exceed product acceptance criteria and receive positive stakeholder feedback.
