The Opportunity  

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our agile R&D team and help shape the future of our products. In this role, you’ll work across the stack — from designing intuitive, high-performance frontends in Angular to building scalable, secure backend services in .NET Core with PostgreSQL on AWS. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular (frontend) and .NET (backend). 
• Collaborate with Product Team to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences. 
• Work closely with QA and DevOps to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. 
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices. 
• Mentoring junior members of the team 
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning. 
• Optimise application performance and troubleshoot production issues. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 7+ years' experience in fullstack development with Angular (or similar) and .NET. 
• Experience developing responsive applications targeting tablet and phone devices 
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+. 
• Proficiency in C#, .NET 8, and Entity Framework. 
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs. 
• Understanding of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL preferred). 
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar). 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Roadmap delivery – design, development and delivery of key roadmap items 
• Knowledge Sharing - Regularly contribute to code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions, helping upskill team members. 
• Sprint Participation - Active and constructive contributions during sprint planning, retrospectives, and architecture discussions. 
• Test Coverage - Maintain or improve automated test coverage for frontend and backend code 
• Documentation - Produce clear, up-to-date technical documentation that enables smooth onboarding and maintenance. 
• User Experience - Deliver features that meet or exceed product acceptance criteria and receive positive stakeholder feedback.
